These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CREATIVECORE Group website (creativecoregroup.com) and the purchase of services provided by CREATIVECORE Group LLC ("CREATIVECORE," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 737 Shotgun Road, Sunrise, FL 33325.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
CREATIVECORE provides digital marketing and customer acquisition services including, but not limited to: paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads), landing page development, CRM setup and automation, email and SMS marketing systems, AI-enhanced creative production, and acquisition strategy consulting.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work executed between CREATIVECORE and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall control.
The Customer Acquisition Bootcamp is a live educational event. Attendance is subject to availability. CREATIVECORE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events with reasonable notice and will provide a full refund or credit in such cases.
Digital advertising results are inherently variable and are influenced by factors outside CREATIVECORE's control, including but not limited to market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competitive activity, ad spend levels, and client-side factors such as product quality, pricing, and landing page conversion rates.
CREATIVECORE does not guarantee specific results, return on ad spend, revenue outcomes, or customer acquisition volumes. Any case studies, metrics, or results referenced on our website represent past performance for specific clients under specific conditions and are not a guarantee or prediction of future results for any other client.
We commit to applying professional skill, industry best practices, and diligent management to all campaigns under our care.
Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each service period and are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in a suspension of services. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the applicable Service Agreement.
Ad spend is separate from service fees and is billed directly through the client's own advertising accounts. Clients maintain full ownership of and control over their ad accounts and budgets at all times.
Bootcamp registration fees are collected at time of registration. All sales are final. If a scheduled event is cancelled by CREATIVECORE, a full refund will be issued.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of deliverables specifically created for them, including ad creative, landing page content, and campaign strategy documents. CREATIVECORE retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, processes, and tools used in service delivery.
CREATIVECORE retains the right to reference the client relationship and general results (without disclosing confidential data) for portfolio, case study, and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, design, and code, is the property of CREATIVECORE Group and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information shared during the course of the engagement, including business strategies, financial data, customer information, and campaign performance data. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREATIVECORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss, arising from:
CREATIVECORE's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with thirty (30) days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Upon termination, CREATIVECORE will provide a transition summary and transfer access to all client-owned accounts and assets. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain due and payable.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict the use of the site by any third party. You may not use automated tools to scrape, reproduce, or systematically extract content from this website without prior written consent.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
